My husband and were married in August of 2015, conceived our first child that September, and miscarried in October. We strongly believe that child was a boy, and named him after Pier Giorgio (we call him Georgie). Our family motto is "to the heights" now, and we're grateful for all the ways that our little patron has interceded for us, alongside his patron, in our ministry work with teenagers in our local diocese, across the country, and even internationally; and for our family (including our 11 week old daughter) and friends. Bl. Pier Giorgio has been a huge gift to us and we'd love to see him canonized soon!
